Why is my Samsung Galaxy phone not charging?

The origin of this error can have several reasons, starting with the usual damage to the USB charging cable or the wall charger, problems that can be easily ruled out by replacing these accessories.

However, in most cases, this particular Samsung Galaxy new A series error is due to a software problem that is impossible to solve with the phone turned off and without power.

Fortunately, there is a simple but quite effective trick which is to go in and out of Download Mode to restore the correct charging process of the devices. It should be noted that Download Mode is a feature of the new Samsung Galaxy A series phones that allows you to install custom ROMs or do firmware updates but in an advanced way.

With the phone turned off and disconnected from its charger, press the volume down, volume up and power buttons at the same time.
