Hi

The 0x87e11838 error code on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles can occur due to various reasons such as server issues, network connectivity problems, or issues with your console's software. Here are some steps you can take to fix this error:

Check Xbox Live status. Make sure that Xbox Live services are not experiencing any outages or disruptions. You can check the status of Xbox Live services on the Xbox Live Status page or on the Xbox Support Twitter account.

Restart your console. Sometimes, simply restarting your console can help resolve the error. Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller until the Power center opens. Then select "Restart console" and confirm.

Check your network connection. Ensure that your console is connected to the internet and that your network connection is stable. You can perform a network test in the Network settings on your console to check for any issues.

Clear the cache. Clearing the cache on your console can help resolve software-related issues. Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller to open the Power center. Then select "Restart console" and press and hold the Bind and Eject buttons simultaneously on the front of the console until you hear two power-up tones.

Reset your console. If none of the above steps work, you can try resetting your console to its factory settings. Note that this will erase all data and settings on your console. To do this, go to System > Console info > Reset console > Reset and keep my games & apps.

If none of these steps help resolve the error, you may need to contact Xbox Support for further assistance.
