My Kindle recognizes my Bose SoundTouch but cannot connect via Bluetooth. What I can do?

Hello

Both your Kindle and SoundTouch may have already been paired with other Bluetooth devices.

Erase all paired devices as follows:

On your Bose SoundTouch, press the Bluetooth button for about 10 seconds.

On your Kindle, go into the settings options and choose the option to reset it.

After this, try again.
