Hi
I got a paper jam in my Epson printer. It always happens when I print duplex in draft mode. How do I remove it? Can someone help me here?

Hi
To remove a paper jam, first unplug the printer from power. Then remove the back cover of the printer and gently pull the paper out. That way you won't damage your computer.
Lastly, put the lid back in place.
