Get rid of Avast, ESET NOD32, and another antivirus very quickly.
Sometimes it becomes a bit difficult to uninstall an antivirus through the traditional way, that is, through the uninstall tool included in Windows. There is a good reason for this, and that is that allowing the PC protection to be deactivated so easily puts the security of the entire system at risk. Fortunately, most antivirus software developers provide users with an uninstall tool for their products, allowing them to install their preferred security solution subsequently. How to uninstall Avast antivirus
Download the Avastclear tool to your desktop.
Start Windows in safe mode (see here). Run Avastclear.
How to uninstall Nod32
Download the Eset Uninstaller file to your desktop.
Reboot Windows in safe mode (see here).
Run Eset Uninstaller and reboot your PC regularly.
How to uninstall BitDefender
Download the BitDefender Uninstall Tool to your hard drive folder.
Go to the download destination folder and run it by double-clicking.
Once the tool’s interface appears, click on the Uninstall option.
Wait for the process to finish and reboot your system.
How to uninstall Kaspersky Labs products
Download the Kavremover tool to your PC. Open this tool by double-clicking its executable file.
Review the license agreement and click on the Accept option.
Enter the security code that appears on the screen. Select the Kaspersky application you want to remove and click the Remove option.
Wait for the process to finish and click OK in the confirmation window.
Reboot your PC.
How to uninstall AVG
(AVG Internet Security or AVG AntiVirus Free after version 17)
Download the AVG Clear tool to a folder on your hard disk.
Right-click on the downloaded file and choose the Run as administrator option. If the User Account Control dialog appears, activate the corresponding permissions.
If the tool asks you to restart Windows in safe mode, click NO. Select the AVG product you want to uninstall and click Uninstall
Reboot your PC.
