Performing a Hard Reset on Xiaomi Mi Box S 4K
Disconnect the Mi Box S device from the power supply. On your remote control, press the Go Back button and the OK button at the same time.
Connect the Mi Box S device to the power supply, but without letting go of the buttons referred to in the previous paragraph.
When the recovery screen appears, release the buttons. Navigate through the options and select Wipe data / factory reset. Confirm the requested operation.
