In general, the usual forms of access to any web service are through an email address or telephone number, always accompanied by a password. However, the loss of access to this information occurs quite frequently, making it difficult to recover the associated user accounts.
Netflix is the same as any other service that requires authentication, but its account recovery system offers more alternatives. And it is that in case the user cannot remember the registered email or telephone number when registering for the service, Netflix allows the password recovery process to begin using the data of the payment method linked to the subscriber’s account. All of this is done very easily by following the steps shown below.
Using your desktop browser, enter the Netflix login page.
Then click on Need help?
In the window that appears, click I don’t remember my email or phone.
Enter the requested information (first and last name of the holder, credit or debit card details) and click on Find account.
To finish, follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
