How to update your LG Smart TV
Press the Setting button on the TV remote (the one with the cogwheel shape). Go to All settings > General > ABOUT THIS TV. Click the CHECK FOR UPDATES button and wait a moment.
If the software update did not fix the problem, reset the TV to its factory settings.
