Chromecast with Google TV is an Internet multimedia content player that works connected to a television through any of its HDMI ports.
It comes equipped with Google TV, a new operating system for smart TVs developed by Google, which is actually a variant of Android TV.
That is why it also includes access to the Google Play Store, supports the installation of applications from unofficial sources in APK format and comes with integrated Chromecast.
Chromecast with Google TV has Wi-Fi connectivity so you can join it to the wireless network of your home or that of your friends when you visit, and thus be able to watch movies and TV series, both from Netflix and from any other online entertainment service compatible.
However, its ability to support APK applications offers the possibility of installing alternative application stores to download much more content of interest or applications that are only published on the author’s page. This is the case of TeaTV.
