Access your Facebook account again even if you don’t remember your email or no longer use the phone number associated with your account.
Many Facebook users have problems to regain access to their accounts because the security code that the social network sends them to verify their identity reaches an old email account, which sometimes they even do not know, or a phone number that is already do not use.
If this is your case, you still have a choice: fill out a form and send it to the Facebook Help Desk. In the form you must include a contact email, the URL of your Facebook profile and, if possible, a copy of your identity document.
To increase the chances of success, we recommend that you carry out the procedure from the computer that you used to connect to the social network.
Recover a Facebook account without email or phone number
In the address bar of the browser type facebook.com/public/your_name (in my case, facebook.com/public/marisa visa).
Find your name in the list of results and click it. Copy the URL that appears in the address bar of the browser (that will be the address of your page on Facebook)
Enter the Facebook Helpdesk page and complete the form: enter a contact email, describe the problem including the URL of your Facebook profile (below a model). Click Choose files and select a photo of your ID. Finally click the Send button.
Now you just have to wait until the Facebook help service contacts you and gives you an answer.
Model of text to enter in the Description of the issue
“Dear Facebook Helpdesk,
I am having trouble regaining access to my account because the security code is being sent to an email account or a phone number that I no longer use. I never chose trusted friends, so I can’t use that option.
I am attaching a copy of my identity document so that you can verify that I am the account holder.
From already thank you very much.
Yours sincerely: (the URL of your Facebook page).“
