To mirror your HP laptop screen to a TCL Smart TV:

Open the Google Chrome browser on your laptop. Click on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner and select Cast. A small window will open. Pull down the Sources menu and select Cast Desktop. Finally, select your TV.
