Few social networks in which short-form videos are shared are as influential as TikTok. The impact it has on its followers is so great that it motivates them to become content creators, even more so if all they need is a smartphone. All this translates into a daily growth of creative publications and therefore a greater number of views.
But even though they’re presented in a looping system, it’s also very easy to jump from one to the next, which can make it hard to keep track of them back or view, download, or share them.
To this end, TikTok has implemented a function in its mobile application to review the history of videos played. We show you how to access it.
How to check your history of videos watched on TikTok?
Open the TikTok app and tap on Profile. Next, click on the menu icon (three vertical stripes) located in the upper right part of the screen. Then select Settings and privacy. Finally, click on History of watched videos.
Once this is done, the thumbnails of the videos watched on TikTok will appear, so that you can take the necessary action with them.
What to do if the History of videos watched on TikTok does not appear?
In this case, the best thing to do is to update the TikTok application. Both on iPhone and Android the procedure is similar. You only have to enter the official application store (App Store or Play Store), and search for TikTok.
Once its respective tab appears, click on Update and reopen the application.
