An error that occurs in Samsung Galaxy A50 phones is the lack of fluidity during the startup of the operating system, causing a screen freeze in the model logo.
This problem of freezing at startup can occur after the installation of applications, due to the use of an outdated version of Android, due to lack of storage space, among other various causes.
What to do if Samsung Galaxy A50 stack on startup logo
The simplest solution is to reset the power of the phone, but since it is a terminal with a non-removable battery, the procedure is done by pressing specific buttons on the case. This is what you should do.
Press the volume down button and the on/off button simultaneously for about ten seconds.
Once rebooted, take whatever steps are necessary to prevent screen freezing from occurring again. To do this, you can update their operating system, uninstall recent applications that may have caused the problem, delete junk files, etc.
What to do if the problem is not resolved
If the problem is not resolved, it is most likely that a system update or a permanently working application has saturated the memory of the phone. Therefore, the solution is to clean this space from Recovery mode.
With the phone locked on the logo, simultaneously press the power button and the volume down button.
When the logo disappears, release the volume down button and without releasing the on / off button press the volume up button. When the phone logo appears, release both buttons and wait for the Recovery mode screen to appear.
Use the volume down button to scroll through the Recovery mode options and the on / off button to select them. Once this is done, scroll to the Wipe cache partition option. Select this option and confirm the operation.
Once this process is done, select the Reboot system now option.
