Hey everyone,

I'm encountering an error on my PS5 with the code E2-80EC004A. It's kind of frustrating, and I'm not sure what it means or how to get rid of it. Has anyone else run into this error before? If so, do you have any ideas on how to fix it?

I'd really appreciate any advice or guidance on how to troubleshoot this issue. Thanks a bunch in advance for your help!

I would recommend cleaning the network port on both the console and the router. Dirt may be causing poor contact and producing this type of error.
