Sony Smart TVs come with an option to reset them to factory settings.
You could use this option when you are reselling the TV or giving it to another person, or when you encounter a problem and don’t find the solution, or when you touch some parameters and can’t reverse it quickly.

How to reset your Sony Smart TV to factory settings
Press the Home button (house shape) on the remote control. Go to Settings > Storage & reset. Then to Reset > Factory data reset. Select Erase everything. Confirm your decision answering Yes.
This reset process removes all downloaded applications, your Google Account, and your TV’s Internet connection settings from your TV.

How to reset your Sony Smart TV without the remote control?
