Hi

There are several ways to transfer files between an iPhone and a Mac:

AirDrop

AirDrop is a built-in feature that allows you to quickly and easily transfer files between Apple devices that are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

To use AirDrop, open a Finder window on your Mac, and then open a new window in the AirDrop section. On your iPhone, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open Control Center and tap AirDrop. Select your Mac from the list of available devices, and then use the Share feature to send the file from your iPhone to your Mac.

iCloud Drive

You can use iCloud Drive to store and access files on both your iPhone and Mac. To do this, you'll need to enable iCloud Drive on both devices and sign in with the same Apple ID. Once set up, you can drag and drop files from your Mac into the iCloud Drive folder, and they'll automatically be synced to your iPhone.

iTunes

Connect your iPhone to your Mac using a USB cable, open iTunes and then click on the iPhone icon. Next, click on the “File Sharing” option in the sidebar. Select the app on your iPhone that you want to transfer files to and from, and then add or remove files as needed.

Third-Party Applications

There are a number of third-party applications available, such as Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive, that allow you to easily transfer files between your iPhone and Mac. These applications work by creating a cloud-based storage system that you can access from any device, including your iPhone and Mac.

Emailing the files

You can also email a file from your iPhone to your Mac, or from your Mac to your iPhone. Just add the file as an attachment to an email, and then send it to the email address associated with your other device.
