AirPods 3, like their predecessors, utilize Bluetooth technology for wireless connectivity. This means you can pair them with any device that supports Bluetooth, including personal computers running Windows or other operating systems such as Chromebook.

To connect your AirPods 3 to your Chromebook follow these steps:

First, place the AirPods inside their case and press the button on the back of the case for a couple of seconds to put the headphones into pairing mode. When this happens the LED on the front will start to flash.

Next, go to your Chromebook and click on the icon that shows the time located in the lower right corner of the screen. Click the Bluetooth icon and select your AirPods when they appear in the list of nearby devices.
