Hi there

A screenshot is a digital image that shows the contents of a computer or mobile device's screen.

Screenshots can be taken for a variety of reasons, such as to document an error message, capture a conversation on social media, or share a specific image or website with others. They can be taken on a variety of devices, including computers, smartphones, and tablets, using built-in or third-party software. Once taken, screenshots can be saved as image files, shared via email or social media, or edited using image editing software.

There are several ways to take a screenshot on a Windows computer:

Press the Print Screen button on your keyboard. This will take a screenshot of the entire screen. You can then paste the screenshot into an image editing program like Paint.

Press the Windows key + Shift + S. This will open the Snipping Tool, which allows you to select a specific area of the screen to capture.

Press the Windows key + Print Screen button. This will take a screenshot of the entire screen and save it automatically to the Screenshots folder in your Pictures library.
