What is BFlix?
BFlix is a streaming site that works from the Internet browser offering free access to a catalog of thousands of billboard movies and television series produced by major studios. BFlix is presented as an ad-free site, which added to the above, makes it an attractive alternative to Netflix and similar subscription portals.
What are the negative aspects of BFlix?
In the first place, it does not have the intellectual property rights over the works it disseminates. In other words, it works illegally, which could put users who live in countries in which the reproduction and download of pirated content is in trouble.
As if this were not enough, it has a somewhat misleading content display system, since as soon as the playback button of the selected material is clicked or the volume control button is opened in another browser tab, online betting sites, which is irritating and reduces the continuity of the reproduction.
And something more serious happens when BFlix is opened from the mobile browser: sites of dubious origin appear that impersonate well-known antivirus pages in order to force the download and execution of their supposed products, actually being malicious files that could attack the information security and the operating system itself housed in the smartphone.
In summary, watching movies through BFlix can bring more problems than benefits, so its use is not recommended.
