It’s all a matter of connecting the Chromecast dongle to the TV, a device equipped with wireless technology that receives signals from smartphones running compatible multimedia applications.
As a general rule, the subscription services that lead the world of streaming such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney Plus have the support to transmit to Chromecast from their mobile applications.
This means that they detect the Chromecast previously connected to the home Wi-Fi network and show the transmission icon, both on its home screen and during content playback.
