When you reset a Smart TV you delete all the information contained in it. It is one of the operations often performed by users who need to clear inappropriate settings or delete registered personal information while using installed applications.
In many televisions this procedure is carried out from the options present in their service menu or hidden menu, however, in Viera smart screens and many other models equipped with Android TV it is carried out from their conventional configuration settings. These are the steps to follow.
Using the TV remote control go to Menu > Settings > System menu. Next, use the OK button to select the Shipping Condition option.
Follow the prompts on the screen and accept the required permissions using the OK key.
